Cancelations within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a 50% charge of your service cost. No call- no shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. We have a 10 minute grace period for arrival to your scheduled service. If arrival is later than 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, you will be subject to a rescheduling fee of 25% of your service cost.
